Contract signed with a major home furniture dealer, CASAMIA Co., Ltd. (South Korea), for consulting services to assist in their commercial transactions between South Korea and Japan

Contract signed with FRANCE BED Co., Ltd. (Japan), for consulting services to assist in their commercial transactions between South Korea and Japan

October, 2007
Contract signed with GS Retail Co., Ltd. (South Korea) to provide M.E.P. technology consulting services for their retail facilities and factories

January, 2008
M.E.P. consulting development began in Dubai, UAE, in cooperation with a trade firm in South Korea

February, 2008
Business collaboration established with an advertising agency in South Korea. New consulting services began for corporations in Japan in order to achieve smooth and efficient advertisement campaigns in South Korea.

Currently we are providing our broad expertise to businesses in Japan, such as FRANCE BED Co., Ltd. (Japan) and OTA  FLORICULTURE AUCTION Co., Ltd. (Japan), to extend and develop their operations in South Korea.
FRANCE BED has established their locally-incorporated company in Seoul in November, 2006, to prepare for the nursing care insurance system enacted in South Korea, effective in July, 2008. In cooperation with C.H.C. SYSTEM, they have started care bed and equipment rentals and furniture sales.
OTA  FLORICULTURE AUCTION is also currently establishing their locally-incorporated company in Seoul, to be ready in April, 2008, and we are working together in order to start developing “Flower Market” in South Korea.
Both FRANCE BED and OTA  FLORICULTURE AUCTION are the listed companies on securities market in Japan. They are now planning and working together with C.H.C. to be listed on securities market in South Korea to raise funds domestically, so that they may invest in their business development in South Korea.
We also started to cooperate and work together with GS Retail Co., Ltd. and CASAMIA Co., Ltd. (both South Korea) in general business operations and financing to expand their market in South Korea, with financial assistance also in progress.
